SUPERENGAGED LAUNCHES NEXT MONTH!

I’ve spent the last 12 years exploring and talking about new ways of working, and the last eight as MD of the Propellernet team, working with a fantastic group of people to co-create a business built on innovation, creativity, adventure, fun and wellbeing.

All this has led to me writing Superengaged, a book that shares our story of Propellernet (so far).

Entrepreneurial business leaders, people managers and anyone else who believes, like us, that putting people first will drive genuine business success – this book is for you. I’ve written it to make it easier for you to experiment with alternative ways of operating, encourage you and those around you to think differently about work and to support you in creating change in your own organisation.

The book is designed to give you inspiration and a tonne of practical tools. As well as telling you about our brighter ideas, it documents our mistakes – the bumps in the road and the epic fails which we’ve learnt from, and we hope you can too.
